Gluten-free cereal
Last checked 2026-10-23
Breakfast cereals appear on this list when the maker states they are gluten-free or when GFCO lists them as certified. Nothing else qualifies, not even a cereal whose ingredient list looks clean.
Two of our rules matter most for cereal. Malt counts as a gluten ingredient, so a cereal that lists it is shown as containing gluten unless the maker says otherwise. Oats count only when the label calls them gluten-free; a cereal with other oats is shown as "Not verified" on its own page and never appears here.
Flavours and box sizes are checked one at a time. Read the box you buy; the package label always wins over this page.
