AllergenFacts answers one question per page: can I eat this if I avoid gluten, and how sure is that? Each answer shows its source and the date we checked it.

Who runs it

AllergenFacts is an independent site run by Edgardo Pinto-Escalier (EPE Tech Solutions). It is not a medical service and has no medical staff; it collects what makers, the USDA, the GFCO certifier and celiac organizations publish, and shows it in one place.

AllergenFacts is not affiliated with any manufacturer, restaurant or certifier. Brand names identify products only. No brand pays to be listed or to change a verdict.

How it works

Verdicts are computed by code from sourced facts, never typed in. The method page explains the rules and the sources page lists every kind of source we use.
